WOOL PAINTING CLASSES

Nicky runs art based classes from her garden studio in Locks Heath, near Southampton.

The classes focus on how to do wool painting onto box canvas for anyone of any age and experience over 16. They are most suited to beginners and improvers. These classes are run twice per year. in Spring and Autumn.

Over the 10 week course you will select your own subject, learn a range of the different techniques Nicky uses and apply them to your own 30cm x 30cm canvas that you will take away at the end of the course.

Over the past 28 years Nicky has taught 2 dimensional and 3 dimensional art skills including everything from a wide range of different drawing techniques and media to painting, textiles, clay and sculpture. Her studio space comfortably accommodates 8 but she currently keep classes to 7 so groups are small, sociable and plenty of help and support is available. All materials are included in the price of the classes but some students choose to bring their own media with them.

The 10 week course costs £225 ( £22.50 per class ) which includes the cost of all the materials and refreshments.

A printed image to work from of your own choice.

(Numbers will be limited to 7 per class for these 10 week courses, so in order to avoid disappointment, early bookings are recommended because many satisfied customers do opt to retake the course, as they find it a very rewarding, enjoyable experience.

Cancellation Policy

Should you need to cancel a Workshop.

My aim is to provide creative l essonsthat are good value for money. As a small business I have a clear non-refundable policy to ensure costs are covered and the ongoing viability of my lessons are protected.

If you contact me 14 days or more prior to the date of your course I will be very happy to offer you a transfer to an alternative course, providing there are places. If there are no suitable classes available at that time I will issue you with a voucher that can be used for future bookings.

I appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can sometimes arise at short notice which may mean you cannot attend a course. If this happens I am more than happy for a friend to take you place. Please inform me of their name and contact details prior to the class esstarting.

My right to cancel a policy.

Should I need to cancel a course due to unforeseen circumstances I will aim to give you as much notice as possible. I will be in touch to reschedule the classes to suit all attendees. If it not possible to reschedule you will be offered an alternative course or if there is not a date suitable you will be given a full refund for the cost of the course.
